Berryessa Ed Foundation 2020 “Make a Difference “ Raffle Update
When the COVID – 19 pandemic suddenly closed our schools on March 13, 2020, the Berryessa Ed Foundation was in the middle of our annual fundraiser – The 2020 “Make a Difference” Raffle. Ticket sales were halted and the drawing was postponed.
The Berryessa Ed Foundation members met this past Tuesday, May 26, 2020 and voted to collect all unsold tickets, stubs and money from the school sites and honor those families who purchased tickets prior to the COVID – 19 shutdown, and have the raffle drawing on June 19th, 2020. Due to regulations and the Shelter in Place, we will not be able to have the drawing open to the public. We will post winners on the Berryessa Ed Foundation website, as well as, we will contact winners by telephone. If you have ticket stubs that you did not return to the school site, you may put those in an envelope labeled BEF Raffle and place the envelope in the secure box in front of the Berryessa District Office at 1376 Piedmont Road. Please return stubs by June 15th.

The Berryessa Education Foundation is proud to announce our “Raffle to Make a Difference” which will take place on March 28, 2020. All of the proceeds of the raffle will benefit the students of Berryessa Union School District. We will be able to use these resources to fund grants for teachers in Berryessa to support their ideas for additional technology, curriculum, and classroom materials which will enhance the student learning experience.
The Raffle will be held on Saturday, March 28,2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the board room at 1376 Piedmont Road, San Jose, CA. (You do not need to be present to win.) *** CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
To purchase tickets, please contact any of the Berryessa Union School District Schools and ask to speak with a Berryessa Education Foundation committee member. Tickets are $4.00 ea.
