An independent oversight committee, made up of volunteers from the Berryessa Community, was established by the Board of Trustees to oversee and ensure appropriate spending of Measure K funding. First formed in 2009, the Committee members were appointed
for a three year term. The purpose of the Committee is to ensure that
the Measure K funds are spent in accordance with the parameters set
forth in the ballot language. Additionally, the committee assesses the impact of the programs funded by Measure K has on the students of the District.
Application are currently being accepted for the following vacant positions:
Parent Representative for the Morrill Middle School Family (Brooktree, Laneview, Northwood Elementary schools, Morrill Middle School)
Parent Representative for the Sierramontl Middle School Family (Brooktree, Laneview, Northwood Elementary schools, Morrill Middle School) – will be available as of July 1, 2018
Community Representative who must reside in the Berryessa Union School District Boundaries – two positions, one available as of July 1, 2018
Certificated/CTAB Representative current employee of Berryessa Union School District – Two positions, one available as of July 1, 2018
Classified Representative current employee of Berryessa Union School District – Two positions, one available as of July 1, 2018
As part of our obligation to the community to be accountable for
the funds we get from Measure K, the Board of Trustees would like to
invite you to apply for one of the vacant positions on the Oversight
Committee. Questions about the application and selection process, and the expectations of committee members may submitted
