COVID-19 BID DROP OFF AND BID OPENING PROCEDURES

The District will not accept bids via email or fax.
Bids can be received via mail carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
The District will not be responsible for errors or missed deliveries by outside providers.
 
Bids dropped off in person can be received at curbside at the District Office's main entrance beginning at 9:00 am the day of the bid thru the bid due time.
There is also a doorbell to the right of the front doors that can be used to receive service.

Please call Bonny Gregorius at 408-923-1871 or 408-396-9626 when you arrive at the District Office, and someone will come out to your vehicle or to the front door to receive your Bid. 
 
Bids will be opened and read aloud in the District Board Room approximately 10 minutes after the time they are due.
Masks are required of all attendees at the Bid Opening - please bring your own mask.
Entry to the Board Room will be limited to one representative per company.
NOTE: District may opt to open bids outside if weather permits.

The District Board Room will be set up to follow all CDC Social Distancing Guidelines. 
 
Once the Bids are opened, any requests for document copies must be made in writing to Bonny Gregorius at bgregorius@busd.net.  She will scan and email the documents to the requestor.

The Berryessa Union School District invites vendors to submit bid proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this request for Bid Proposals.  This Bid Proposal details the services being sought, requirements, and evaluative criteria for the purchase of WIFI equipment for all District locations and requests a response from all prospective vendors, including pricing and service descriptions.
