Personnel Services has the responsibility for staff recruitment, assignments, and evaluations; employee benefits; employer-employee relations and negotiations; and maintenance of personnel records.

All candidates for positions must meet the minimum qualifications specified by the job description of the position being sought in order to be considered for further screening. Candidates for positions requiring certification must possess the appropriate California credentials. In addition, candidates for core subject areas must meet NCLB compliance.
