Negotiated Agreements
As Chief Negotiator of the District, the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources is committed to promote healthy working relations within all three bargaining units representative of the staff throughout the district. This collaborative model upholds the pledge to remain focused on solving issues, always with students' best interests as top priority. All negotiations are conducted in an atmosphere of mutual respect for the process, the constituents represented, and the opinions expressed. The district is committed to negotiate for competitive compensation and adequate working conditions for its employees within the parameters of sound practices and fiscal responsibility.
