The District will NOT be responsible for errors or missed deliveries by outside providers.
It is recommended that you hand-carry your bid to the Purchasing Department at the District Office.

The window replacement at Northwood Elementary School. The work consists of removal of existing window systems and replacement of new window systems and all other associated work.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE - There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk for this project. The Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk will begin at 2:00 pm on November 12, 2026. Meet at the Northwood sign outside the front office of Northwood Elementary School, 2760 East Trimble Road, San Jose, CA 95132.
