All regular meetings of the Board of Trustees begin at 6:00 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m. for Open Session, and are conducted in the Berryessa Union School District Boardroom located at 981 Ridder Park Drive, San Jose, CA 95131 (or as noted and subject to change).

Public comment is encouraged at these meetings. The meeting agendas will be posted at all schools and on this website link to all board meeeting agendas at least 72 hours prior to the regular board meeting.

*Special meetings of the Board may be called at any time by the presiding officer or a majority of the Board members on any topic within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board unless otherwise prohibited by law or as specified in BB 9323.2 - Actions by the Board. (Government Code 54956)

Special Meetings

Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, study sessions, closed session topics, and special meetings to discuss single topics. Public comment is encouraged at these meetings. The meeting agendas will be posted at all schools and on this website at least 24 hours prior to the meeting except in emergency situations as allowed by law. In most situations, these meetings are conducted at the same location as regular meetings unless otherwise noted on the posted agendas.
